Notes: Kevin Burt became an ESCA grade secretary in 1972/3 and after 2 years took over as junior secretary and then, after another year as grade secretary was elected general secretary in 1975. He occupied this position for 12 years. Kevin was awarded life membership of the association in 1985, relinquished the role of secretary in 1987 and after yet another two years as grade secretary retired from Executive duties in 1989. Kevin also has held a number of executive positions on the ECA Umpires Association and continues to umpire in the ECA.
